_{(Vietnamese below)}I. REGARDING CMS FORMATCMS Digital includes all of the categories listed in the price list.⸻II. ORDERING PROCESSEach slot allows for a maximum of 2 illustrations.
When it is your turn, I will initiate contact. If I am unable to reach you within 3 days, I reserve the right to cancel or transfer the slot to the next client.
Briefs should be prepared in a Word document and must include: concept, desired vibe, complete design details, character personality, and setting. The more detailed, the better. Please also attach reference images or moodboards if available.⸻III. WORKFLOWTimelines depend on the complexity of the artwork:
• Sketch: 3–5 days
• Lineart: 8–10 days
• Coloring: 2 weeks+Please note that I cannot guarantee strict CMS deadlines; priority will be given to clients without urgent requirements.Workflow:
1. Submit a detailed brief (minimum 50% upfront payment)
2. Approve the sketch and composition (100% payment required)
3. I will proceed with the CMS and provide regular progress updates
4. Final artwork will be delivered via a Google Drive link and will include JPEG files only. PSD files will be provided only upon reasonable request (e.g., if separated layers are needed).Regarding payment, only bank transfer and PayPal are accepted.⸻IV. FEES AND REFUNDS- If any issue arises that prevents me from delivering the project on time, I will notify you and reschedule accordingly.
- If my delay significantly impacts the client, I will refund 15% of the total CMS fee for each day of delay.
- If you wish to cancel the CMS, a refund will be issued based on the percentage of progress completed. However, once the project has entered the rendering phase, I reserve the right not to offer any refund. In such cases, the client will receive the corresponding work-in-progress (WIP) files.Unlimited revisions are allowed if previously agreed upon and clearly stated in the brief.
However, any major changes to the lineart after the brief has been finalized will incur additional charges, calculated based on the extent of the change.
Requests for changes after base colors have been applied will not be accepted.⸻V. CLIENT RIGHTSClients are permitted to use the artwork for social media posting, avatars/profile pictures, or small-batch prints (<10 units) intended as gifts. If you plan to print more than 10 copies, please inform me in advance.Clients may not modify, alter, recolor, or feed the artwork into AI tools. Overdrawing is only allowed to facilitate correction during the drawing process. These restrictions apply even if the CMS is canceled and only WIP files are delivered.I reserve the right to post CMS artwork on social media, use it in samples, etc., with a visible signature and watermark.
For private commissions, an additional 50% fee will be applied. For commercial use, a separate discussion is required.⸻VI. NOTESI do not accept commissions involving: elderly characters, bara, furry, NSFW content, or real-person references.If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me directly. I am still an amateur and appreciate your understanding for any shortcomings.All timelines stated above are approximate. Depending on the complexity of the piece, completion may exceed the estimated timeframe. I will make every effort to avoid delays exceeding one month.

- Đến slot tui sẽ tự ib báo, nếu trong 3 ngày vẫn không liên hệ được tui xin phép huỷ/đổi slot sang người tiếp theo.
- Brief nên soạn bằng file Word, bao gồm: idea, vibe, full design, tính cách, bối cảnh,... càng chi tiết càng tốt - kèm thêm ảnh, moodboard nếu có.III. VỀ QUY TRÌNH LÀM VIỆCThời gian làm việc tuỳ theo độ chi tiết:
Sketch: 3–5 ngày
Line: 8–10 ngày
Color: ~2 tuầnTui không đảm bảo chạy CMS đúng tiến độ, nên ưu tiên khách không gấp deadline.Quy trình làm việc:
1. Gửi brief chi tiết → thanh toán ít nhất 50%
2. Chốt sketch & bố cục → thanh toán đủ 100%
3. Vẽ CMS và cập nhật tiến độ thường xuyên
4. Gửi tranh final qua link Drive → chỉ có file JPEG (nếu cần file PSD, chỉ gửi khi có lý do hợp lý như cần riêng layer)Về thanh toán, chỉ chấp nhận chuyển khoản ngân hàng và PayPal.IV. PHỤ PHÍ & HOÀN PHÍ- Nếu có lý do khiến tui không thể hoàn thành đúng hạn → tui sẽ báo trước và dời lịch.
- Nếu việc chậm tiến độ ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến khách, tui sẽ refund 15% trên tổng cms cho mỗi 1 ngày chậm.
- Nếu khách muốn huỷ CMS, tui sẽ refund dựa theo tiến độ hoàn thành. Tuy nhiên, nếu đã vào giai đoạn render, tui không hoàn phí nữa và khách sẽ được nhận bản WIP.Sửa detail không giới hạn nếu như đã có thoả thuận từ trước và được ghi rõ ràng trong brief, nếu có thay đổi trong brief liên quan đến line sẽ tính thêm phụ phí dựa vào % thay đổi,yêu cầu đổi khi đã lên base màu sẽ không được chấp nhận.V. QUYỀN LỢI & QUY ĐỊNH SỬ DỤNGKhách cms có thể sử dụng tranh đăng lên mxh/set ava/pfp/in số lượng nhỏ (<10) cho mục đích gửi tặng (nếu in hơn số lượng cần báo lại tui)Khách cms không được phép vẽ đè, sửa đổi, chỉnh màu, feed AI, chỉ được phép vẽ đè để tui sửa dễ hơn trong quá trình vẽ. Hiệu lực ngay cả khi huỷ ngang cms và khách chỉ nhận được wip.Tui có quyền đăng tranh cms trên mxh/ làm sample/… với chữ ký và watermark đầy đủ.
Với cms private tính thêm 50% phí, cms thương mại cần trao đổi thêm.VI. LƯU ÝTui không nhận vẽ: người già, bara, furry, NSFW, ref người thật.
Nếu có thắc mắc gì hãy trực tiếp hỏi tui, tui vẫn là dân nghiệp dư nên còn nhiều thiếu sót mong mn thông cảm.Thời gian vẽ cms nêu trên chỉ mang tính chất tham khảo, tui không đảm bảo được thời gian nên tuỳ vào độ chi tiết của tranh mà thời gian có thể kéo dài hơn dự kiến, tui sẽ cố gắng không để ngâm cms quá 1 tháng.
